Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. You will be kept notified by text messages or through email in regard to the status of your order once dispatched. To allow time for you to receive your order we advise customers to place their order in advance so that they can receive the product before the required date.

Missing or Lost Items

If you do NOT receive your order within the specified time frame please get in contact with us at asianbridaljewellery@gmail.com

We aim to provide correspondence within 24 hours, and will try to respond to you as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

All products are thoroughly checked before dispatched. Soon as your order has been delivered and signed for please check the product immediately to see for any damages and report to us straight away via email providing images.

Important - Please make an unboxing video when you receive the product if a video is not made you will lose the right to make a claim against any damages caused in transit. After one day any claims regarding your product being damaged you will not be able to make any claims.

Returns & Exchanges

At Asian Bridal Jewellery we take pride in offering high-quality and hygienic jewellery products to our customers. As part of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy shopping experience, we have implemented a policy that does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Once an item is sold, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, as we cannot guarantee that the item has not been worn or used. We take great care to ensure that our products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to our customers, and we ask that customers inspect their purchases upon receipt to ensure they meet their expectations.

We understand that there may be instances where a product may arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases, we will work with our customers to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. Customers must notify us of any damaged or faulty products as soon as the product has been delivered and provide photographic evidence to support their claim.

We encourage our customers to read our product descriptions carefully and to reach out to us if they have any questions or concerns before making a purchase. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the above procedures are not followed. Please note once you have placed an order you agree to accept our terms & conditions.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before your order is dispatched please note we will issue a refund excluding all third party fee. Please keep in mind the refund process may take longer. Please get in contact with us at asianbridaljewellery@gmail.com

Product Care

Due to the quality material used in our products we advice customers to keep all jewellery sets away from Liquids such as Water, lotions and perfume to avoid damaging the product and discolouration.
